The Rosy Bagolie Civic Association intends to support community-focused efforts involving:

- Combating antisemitism, hate, and discrimination
- Community partnerships that improve quality of life for New Jersey families
As the organization grows, it hopes to expand its community outreach, educational, volunteer, leadership, and scholarship efforts throughout New Jersey.
